The invention discloses a power stabilizing vehicle and a track stabilizing device thereof, the track stabilizing device comprises a box body and two groups of excitation units, and each excitation unit comprises at least two rotating shafts, a driving eccentric gear and a driven eccentric gear; the rotating shafts are vertically arranged and rotatably arranged on the box body, the at least two rotating shafts are divided into a driving shaft and a plurality of driven shafts, the driving shaft is sleeved with a driving eccentric gear, the driven shafts are sleeved with driven eccentric gears, and the driving eccentric gear is meshed with the driven eccentric gears; driving shafts in the two sets of excitation units are connected with drivers, transverse excitation force generated by the driving eccentric gears and the driven eccentric gears in the two sets of excitation units can be overlapped or offset, and longitudinal excitation force generated by the driving eccentric gears can offset longitudinal excitation force generated by the driven eccentric gears. The track stabilizing device can achieve excitation force adjustment under a certain excitation frequency so as to adapt to stable operation under different line conditions, and the stable operation effect is guaranteed.
