Simple cable tightening device and cable tightening method for main cable of self-anchored suspension bridge
The invention provides a simple cable tightening device for a main cable of a self-anchored suspension bridge. The simple cable tightening device comprises an upper half buckle, a lower half buckle and two jacks, a semicircular bayonet is formed in the middle of the upper half buckle, and connecting holes are formed in the two sides of the upper half buckle respectively; the structure of the lower half buckle is the same as that of the upper half buckle, and the semicircular bayonets correspond to each other; and a screw rod is arranged in each jack, sequentially penetrates through the connecting holes in one end of the upper half buckle and one end of the lower half buckle and then is connected with a nut. The invention further provides a simple cable tightening method for the main cable of the self-anchored suspension bridge. The simple cable tightening method for the main cable of the self-anchored suspension bridge is implemented by adopting the simple cable tightening device for the main cable of the self-anchored suspension bridge.
本发明提出一种自锚式悬索桥主缆简易紧缆装置，包括：上半扣、下半扣和两个千斤顶；所述上半扣的中部设置有半圆卡口，所述上半扣的两边的分别设置有连接孔；所述下半扣的结构与所述上半扣的结构相同，且半圆卡口相对应；每个所述千斤顶中设置有螺杆，所述螺杆依次穿过所述上半扣和所述下半扣一端的连接孔后连接有螺母。本发明还提出一种自锚式悬索桥主缆简易紧缆方法，采用以上所述自锚式悬索桥主缆简易紧缆装置实施。
