Bridge roller with braking and locking functions
A beam erection roller device comprises a brake mechanism and a bolt locking mechanism. The brake block is arranged below the roller according to the lever principle, so that friction force can be continuously applied to stop rolling of the roller; locking holes are formed in the rolling wheels, and when the bridge is spliced, the rolling wheels are locked through a plug pin mechanism and do not roll, so that the previous bridge section does not shift.
一种梁架设滚轮装置,包括:制动机构和插销锁定机构;其采用杠杆原理在滚轮下设置刹车块,能持续施加摩擦力让滚轮停止滚动;滚轮上设置锁紧孔,拼桥时,通过插销机构锁定滚轮不滚,使前序桥节不移位。
