The invention relates to the technical field of vase pier construction, in particular to a one-time forming device for a viaduct vase pier. Comprising a template; the shape of the inner wall of the template corresponds to that of the vase pier; a temperature sensor is arranged in the template; the detection end of the temperature sensor faces the inner wall of the template; a plurality of temperature sensors are arranged; the temperature sensors are arranged from one end, close to the ground, of the template to the other end. In the prior art, when a vase pier is poured, in order to avoid the safety problems such as mold expansion, sectional type pouring is generally adopted, however, by adopting the pouring mode, the construction period is often long, and appearance defects are prone to occurring. Compared with the prior art, the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the inner wall of the formwork to obtain the solidification degree of the internal concrete, so that pouring is carried out while the concrete is solidified, the construction period is effectively shortened on one hand, and on the other hand, the appearance defect is effectively avoided.
