The invention discloses a steel pipe pile foundation reinforcing device which comprises an external assembly which comprises a base, a rotating seat arranged on the base, a sliding rod arranged on the rotating seat, an inner cylinder connected to the rotating seat in a sleeving mode, an outer cylinder connected to the rotating seat in a sleeving mode and a reset spring connected to the outside of the sliding rod in a sleeving mode. The adjusting assembly is arranged on the rotating base and comprises a sliding rod, a spring connected to the sliding rod in a sleeving mode, a gear arranged on the sliding rod and a welding head arranged at the end of the sliding rod. According to the steel pipe pile foundation reinforcing device, the device is preset at a piling point, the steel pipe piles are stuffed into a soil layer along the inner barrel of the device, the device can keep the steel pipe piles perpendicular to the ground, after most of the first steel pipe pile is stuffed into the soil layer, the second steel pipe pile is added for reinforcing, and the device can control and adjust the position of a welding head; and when the second steel pipe pile stretching-in device makes contact with the first steel pipe pile, the joint of the two steel pipe piles is welded, then the second steel pipe pile continues to be plugged in, and the foundation is reinforced.
