Offshore wind power pile sinking construction process assisted by pile stabilizing and positioning ship
The invention provides an offshore wind power pile sinking construction process assisted by a pile stabilizing and positioning ship, which comprises the following steps: the pile stabilizing and positioning ship sails to a construction area in a channel to complete anchoring; the pile stabilizing and positioning ship adjusts the direction to coincide the design coordinates of the center of the stern pile embracing ring and the center of the steel pipe pile, and positioning is completed; carrying out entry point anchoring on the crane ship, and completing the positioning of the crane ship when the anchoring position is parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the pitching ship relative to the longitudinal central axis of the crane ship; the supporting piles on the deck of the pile stabilizing and positioning ship are hoisted through a crane ship, the four supporting piles are inserted into a pile gripper, and the piles are sunk to the designed elevation through a vibratory hammer; the fixed connection between the corbel of the pile gripper and the deck supporting seat of the pile stabilizing and positioning ship is relieved; the crane ship lifts the whole pile gripper, so that the pile gripper leaves the ship body; the pile gripper platform is placed on the supporting piles through the suspension system, and after leveling, the pile gripper and the supporting piles are locked to form an offshore pile gripper platform; and a crane ship is used for single-pile sinking.
