Test system and method for double-wellhead suction pile test
The invention relates to a test system and method for testing a double-wellhead suction pile. The test system comprises a signal acquisition instrument, an upper computer, a suction pile displacement detection device, a suction pile horizontal section pipe column stress detection device, a suction pile pre-inclined section guide pipe column stress detection device and a suction pile pipe soil pressure and displacement change curve analysis device. Wherein the suction pile displacement detection device is used for detecting the displacement of a double-wellhead suction pile; the suction pile horizontal section pipe column stress detection device is used for detecting the stress condition of the suction pile horizontal section pipe column; the suction pile pre-inclined section guide pipe column stress detection device is used for detecting the stress condition of a suction pile pre-inclined section guide pipe column, and the suction pile pipe soil pressure and displacement change curve analysis device is used for detecting the suction pile pipe soil pressure and displacement change curve. The problems that whether the suction pile topples over or not, stress of a horizontal section pipe column of the suction pile, stress of a pre-inclined section guide pipe column of the suction pile and pipe soil pressure and displacement change curves of the suction pile cannot be integrally tested at present are solved.
本发明涉及一种双井口吸力桩测试的试验系统及方法,其中试验系统包括信号采集仪、上位机、吸力桩位移检测装置、吸力桩水平段管柱受力检测装置、吸力桩预斜段导管柱受力检测装置、吸力桩管的土压力与位移变化曲线分析装置;其中,吸力桩位移检测装置,用于检测双井口吸力桩的位移;吸力桩水平段管柱受力检测装置,用于检测吸力桩水平段管柱受力情况;吸力桩预斜段导管柱受力检测装置,用于检测吸力桩预斜段导管柱受力情况,吸力桩管的土压力与位移变化曲线分析装置,用于检测吸力桩管土压力与位移变化曲线,解决了目前不能对吸力桩是否发生倾倒、吸力桩水平段管柱受力和预斜段导管柱受力以及吸力桩的管土压力与位移变化曲线进行整体测试的问题。
