The invention relates to kitchen equipment, which comprises a water tank with a water outlet at the bottom; the drain pipe is in fluid communication with the drain port of the water tank; the cleaning machine is provided with a washing cavity and a water outlet which is in fluid communication with the washing cavity; the switching box is installed on the water tank, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged on the switching box, the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe is in fluid communication with a water outlet of the dish-washing machine, the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe is in fluid communication with a sewer pipe, and the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe and the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe are both located in the switching box. The water outlet end of the water inlet pipe is located above the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe, a gap is formed between the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe, and an overflow opening is further formed in the side wall of the switching box, faces the inner cavity of the water tank and is located below the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe, so that water of the drainage pipe can be prevented from flowing back to the cleaning machine.
