The invention discloses a rain sewage pipeline construction method. The method comprises the following steps of (1) foundation treatment, (2) U-shaped concrete cushion block installation, (3) pipeline installation, (4) concrete casting construction of a pipe bottom and a pipe cavity part and (5) backfilling of a pipe ditch 1. When the U-shaped concrete cushion block is installed, the wall face of a U-shaped groove of the U-shaped concrete cushion block is arranged in a wave shape, a plurality of supporting protrusions are formed, and meanwhile a pipeline is supported by means of an adjusting column. One casting process can be reduced when the device is applied to construction, the pipeline is supported more stably and safely, and the overall construction efficiency can be improved; the application of the U-shaped concrete cushion block can further improve the integrity among the pipeline, the U-shaped concrete cushion block and subsequently cast concrete, and the overall structural strength is improved.
