The device comprises a first steel column, a second steel column and a steel beam, an inserting groove is formed in the bottom of the first steel column, an inserting head is fixed to the top of the second steel column and matched with the inserting groove, and therefore the first steel column and the second steel column can be connected together in an inserted mode conveniently; a first arc-shaped groove is formed in the inner wall of the positioning groove, a first flow guide hole is formed in the inner wall of the first arc-shaped groove, a second arc-shaped groove is formed in the joint of the plug and the second steel column, a second flow guide hole is formed in the inner wall of the second arc-shaped groove, and the lower end of the first flow guide hole is communicated with the upper end of the second flow guide hole; the lower ends of the second flow guide holes penetrate through the outer surface of the second steel column, rainwater is prevented from being accumulated in gaps of the steel frame connecting position, corrosion of the rainwater to the steel frame is reduced, and then the anti-corrosion effect of the steel frame is improved.
