Shock-vibration double-control polyurethane support and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a shock and vibration double-control polyurethane support which comprises a support body and further comprises a reset structure, the reset structure is used for resetting of the support body and comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate and a connecting piece, the upper connecting plate is located above the lower connecting plate, the support body is installed between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate, and the connecting piece is connected with the upper connecting plate. The upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are each provided with a plurality of negative pressure cavities, piston columns are connected into the multiple negative pressure cavities in a sliding mode, and the connecting pieces are used for connecting the corresponding piston columns on the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate. When the support main body is deformed due to vibration, the relative positions of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate deviate, so that the connecting piece pulls the piston column to slide towards one side far away from the negative pressure cavity, and the air pressure in the negative pressure cavity is lower than the external air pressure; when vibration stops, external air pressure presses the piston column to slide towards one side of the negative pressure cavity to enable the piston column to reset, the connecting piece is promoted to pull the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate to reset, and finally the support body is reset.
