The invention discloses an anti-collision pendulum type tuned mass damper for wind vibration control of a power transmission tower. The anti-collision pendulum type tuned mass damper comprises an L-plate-shaped clamp at the top, a steel rod, a mass block, a lug plate, a spring, a viscoelastic anti-collision pad, a spring fixing clamping plate and a spring L-plate clamp. The four top L plate clamps and the tower top angle steel are used for fixing and hanging the mass block. A lug plate is welded on the mass block, so that the mass block can be conveniently connected with a steel rod to form a unidirectional rotating hinge, one end of the spring is connected with a ring bolt of the spring L plate clamp, and the other end is connected with the mass block through a bolt; the viscoelastic anti-collision pads are distributed at the two ends of the tuning direction of the mass block, when the tower body shakes in the transverse line direction due to excitation of external wind loads and the like, the mass block swings opposite to the structure, energy is dissipated through the springs, displacement of the mass block is limited, vibration of the structure is controlled, and the purpose of collision prevention is achieved through the viscoelastic anti-collision pads.
