Wedging type SFCB anchoring device
The invention discloses a wedging type SFCB (steel core-continuous fiber composite bar) anchoring device. The device comprises: a sleeve (1); an SFCB (2); a soft metal layer (3); a C-shaped high-strength wedge (4); and a grouting material (5). The device integrates the advantages of a clamping piece type anchorage device and a bonding type anchorage device, when the SFCB is in a high stress state, if a bonding mechanism in an inner cavity of a circular truncated cone of a sleeve fails, the soft metal layer (3) wrapping a steel core can seep into a steel core rib (8) due to the high-strength extrusion force of the C-shaped high-strength wedge (4) by utilizing the low elastic modulus characteristic of the soft metal layer (3), the contact area is increased, and the service life of the steel core is prolonged. Therefore, the friction force between the wedge and the steel core is improved, safety and reliability of SFCB anchoring are guaranteed, meanwhile, the SFCB steel core can be effectively isolated from harmful media in the external environment through the grouting materials (5), and the durability of the SFCB steel core can be further improved.
本发明公开了一种楔入式SFCB(钢芯‑连续纤维复合筋)锚固装置。该装置包括:套筒(1);SFCB(2);软金属层(3);C形高强楔子(4);灌浆料(5)。该装置集合了夹片式锚具与粘结式锚具的优点,当SFCB处于高应力状态下,若套筒圆台内腔中的粘结机制失效,利用软金属层(3)的低弹模特征,则钢芯外裹的软金属层(3)因受C形高强楔子(4)的高强度挤压力会渗流到钢芯肋壑(8)中,增大接触面积,从而提高楔子与钢芯的摩擦力,保证了SFCB锚固的安全可靠,同时,该锚固装置利用灌浆料(5)可有效将SFCB钢芯与外环境的有害介质隔绝开来,亦能进一步提高其耐久性。
