The invention provides a construction platform self-locking steel hoop structure and a using method thereof.The construction platform self-locking steel hoop structure comprises a pier column, a self-locking steel hoop used for supporting a construction platform is arranged outside the pier column, the self-locking steel hoop comprises a hollow shell, and the two ends of the hollow shell are each provided with an opening allowing the pier column to penetrate through; an upper extrusion locking mechanism and a lower extrusion locking mechanism are oppositely arranged in the hollow shell, the upper extrusion locking mechanism is fixedly arranged on the inner top wall of the hollow shell, the lower extrusion locking mechanism is movably arranged on the inner bottom wall of the hollow shell, and the upper extrusion locking mechanism and the lower extrusion locking mechanism extrude each other to tightly hold the pier column. Through interaction between the upper extrusion locking mechanism and the lower extrusion locking mechanism, self-locking is achieved, meanwhile, the larger the stress on the upper platform is, the larger the stress between the locking mechanisms is, and therefore clamping of the pier column is further achieved, and self-locking without relying on other mechanical structures is achieved.
本发明提供一种施工平台自锁紧钢抱箍结构及其使用方法,包括墩柱,墩柱的外部设置有用于支撑施工平台的自锁紧钢抱箍,自锁紧钢抱箍包括中空壳体,中空壳体的两端均设有供墩柱穿过的开口,中空壳体中相对设置有上部挤压锁紧机构和下部挤压锁紧机构,其中,上部挤压锁紧机构固设在中空壳体的内顶壁上,下部挤压锁紧机构活动设置在中空壳体的内底壁上,通过上部挤压锁紧机构与下部挤压锁紧机构相互挤压将墩柱抱紧。通过上部挤压锁紧机构与下部挤压锁紧机构之间的相互作用,实现自锁紧,同时随着上部平台受力越大,锁紧机构之间所受的力也会越大,从而更进一步的实现对墩柱的夹紧,实现不依靠其他机械结构的自锁紧。
