The invention relates to a large grinding machine automatic door which comprises a door body, an air cylinder used for driving the door body, a two-position four-way throttling valve used for switching the pressure of the air cylinder, a three-position five-way electromagnetic valve used for reversing of an air channel, an oil cylinder buffer used for buffering of a near-end-point area, an air source device used for providing pressure air and a machine frame connected to the door body in a linear moving connection mode. One or more check blocks are fixedly connected to the door, in the moving process of the door, the working state of the two-position four-way throttle valve is automatically switched through the action of the corresponding check blocks and the two-position four-way throttle valve at the set position/area, then the pressure of an air cylinder is automatically adjusted, buffering is achieved through the action of the corresponding check blocks and an oil cylinder piston rod of the oil cylinder buffer, and the safety of the door is improved. Stepless resistance changing/speed changing is achieved through the internal structure of the two-position four-way throttle valve. According to the invention, adverse consequences caused by rapid change of speed can be avoided or reduced, the structure is simple, and the control is simple and convenient.
本发明涉及大型磨床自动门,包括门、用于驱动门的气缸、用于切换气缸压力的两位四通节流阀、用于气路换向的三位五通电磁阀、用于近终点区域缓冲的油缸缓冲器以及用于提供压力气体的气源装置,门直线移动连接式连接于门的机架,门上固定连接有一个或多个挡块,在门的移动过程中在设定位置/区域通过相应挡块与两位四通节流阀作用,进行两位四通节流阀工作状态的自动切换,进而自动调节气缸压力,通过相应挡块与油缸缓冲器的油缸活塞杆作用,实现缓冲,通过两位四通节流阀的内部构造实现无级变阻/变速。本发明有助于避免或减少因速度急剧变化带来的不利后果,且构造简单,操控简便。
