The partition explosion-proof protective air-tight door comprises a door frame, a connecting piece and a door plate, the door plate comprises an outer plate, an inner lining plate and a middle partition plate arranged between the outer plate and the inner lining plate, an adjusting locking mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the outer plate, and an emergency locking structure is arranged on the inner side of the inner lining plate. The middle partition plate is provided with an opening communicating with the outer plate and the inner lining plate, a buffering piece is arranged on the side, facing the inner lining plate, of the adjusting locking mechanism, and the buffering piece is suitable for providing a buffering function through elastic deformation. By means of the adjusting locking mechanism and the emergency locking mechanism, the adjusting locking mechanism is automatically unlocked when being subjected to large impact, the emergency locking mechanism is started to conduct emergency temporary locking, locking is cancelled after impact is finished, and therefore subsequent door opening cannot be affected even if the external adjusting locking mechanism is subjected to impact deformation or damage, and the safety performance of the door is improved.
