The invention provides a concrete faced rockfill dam internal deformation monitoring system, and the system comprises an internal deformation monitoring base point which comprises a deformation observation pillar and a GNSS positioning device; the internal settlement monitoring module comprises a plurality of hydraulic settlement meters, a communicating water pipe and a liquid storage tank; the internal horizontal displacement monitoring module comprises a plurality of displacement sensors, a connecting rod and a positioning anchor piece; and the data acquisition module comprises a data acquisition unit, a power supply and a communication and lightning protection grounding facility. According to the concrete faced rockfill dam internal deformation monitoring system, damage caused by construction machinery in the follow-up construction process can be avoided, and meanwhile interference to construction is reduced. And displacement sensing components of the system are electronic equipment, so that remote online automatic monitoring can be realized.
