The method comprises the steps that the material storage amount in a material box of a target operation tool car carried by the building trolley is monitored in real time; and if the material storage amount meets a preset condition, the building trolley is controlled to run to a robot center, so that material supplementing or discharging is conducted on the material box through the robot center. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, automatic feeding or discharging of the building trolley is realized by monitoring the storage quantity and automatically returning, so that manpower is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
