The invention relates to a sliding door limiting block with constant counterforce. A vehicle door contact part is movably arranged on a vehicle body connecting part; the counter-force constant maintaining part is arranged in the vehicle body connecting part and is connected with the vehicle door contact part through an elastic piece; the counter-force constant maintaining part comprises a force transmission structure and a directional deformation energy absorption structure; the force transmission structure is provided with protrusions in the moving direction, and a groove is formed between every two adjacent protrusions. When the counter force generated when the car door contact part compresses the elastic piece is larger than the maximum energy absorption capacity, the directional deformation energy absorption structure abuts against the multiple protrusions one by one and deforms to absorb energy, so that the counter force is gradually reduced till the car door contact part is locked in the groove, and at the moment, the counter force does not exceed the maximum energy absorption capacity; when the counter force is smaller than or equal to the maximum energy absorption capacity, the directional deformation energy absorption structure is locked in the groove, deforms and absorbs energy when being connected with the protrusion, and resets when being connected with the groove, so that the final output value of the counter force is constant, and the quality problem of the sliding door caused by too large or too small limiting counter force is solved.
