The turnover method of the box culvert structure comprises the steps that the side, to be turned over, of the box culvert structure is determined; a plurality of lifting appliances are mounted at the bottom of the first culvert wall; a plurality of lifting appliances are mounted at the top of the second culvert wall; a plurality of lifting appliances are connected to lifting equipment through a plurality of telescopic lifting chains; the lifting chains connected to the first culvert wall are shortened, meanwhile, the lifting chains connected to the second culvert wall are extended, and turning over of the box culvert structure is completed; the assembling method of the water collecting gallery comprises the steps that all the box culvert structures are turned over through the turning-over method; a box culvert structure is hoisted to the end of the water collecting gallery; the next box culvert structure is connected to the previous box culvert structure through the lifting chain; the lifting chain is shortened, the next box culvert structure is made to be close to the previous box culvert structure, and splicing of the next box culvert structure is completed; and repeating the steps to form the water collecting gallery. The construction steps are simple, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the safety of constructors is guaranteed.
