The invention belongs to the technical field of aerogel fiberboard compounding, and discloses a preparation method of an aerogel fiberboard with high aerogel content, which comprises the following steps: taking a hollow fiberboard as a middle layer, and compounding at least one layer of non-hollow fiberboard on each of the upper surface and the lower surface of the hollow fiberboard in a sewing or bonding manner to obtain the aerogel fiberboard with high aerogel content. The center of the laminated composite fiberboard is hollowed out. Immersing the whole body into an aerogel precursor hydrolysate; and finally, obtaining the aerogel plate with high aerogel content through gelling, aging, special drying and other adaptive processes. The problem that a laminated aerogel fiberboard is prone to layering can be solved, meanwhile, the hollow structure can avoid collapse caused by deformation of the hollow structure in the aerogel compounding process, and the aerogel fiberboard product obtained through the preparation method is high in aerogel content.
本发明属于气凝胶纤维板复合技术领域,公开了一种高气凝胶含量的气凝胶纤维板的制备方法,将镂空纤维板作为中间层,然后通过缝合或粘合的方式在镂空纤维板的上面和下面分别复合至少一层无镂空纤维板,以制成一个中心镂空的叠层复合纤维板;接着将其整体浸入气凝胶前驱体水解液,最后通过凝胶、老化、特殊干燥及其他适应性工艺获得气凝胶含量高的气凝胶板。本发明可以解决叠层气凝胶纤维板容易分层的问题,同时镂空结构可以避免在气凝胶复合过程镂空结构变形而坍塌问题,通过本发明制备方法得到的气凝胶纤维板产品其中的气凝胶含量高。
