The invention relates to the field of ceramics and preparation methods thereof, in particular to a large-volume thin-blank ceramic and a preparation method thereof, a blank body adopts a freeze-drying mode, and a reinforcing layer is adhered to the inner wall of the blank body, so that the blank body is not easy to collapse or damage in a demolding process, and the success rate of blank body forming is greatly improved; in the slurry preparation and grouting process, vacuum stirring and ultrasonic vibration assistance are adopted, bubbles in slurry are effectively removed, and the compactness and strength of a green body are improved; when the crystal glaze is matched with the mint green glaze, white crystals can be formed on the glaze surface, and the crystal glaze is high in flowability and flows downwards in the glaze firing process to form local vertical grains or stripes which are like white frost, so that the upper half part of the glaze surface has a glaze surface effect of interweaving semitransparent moss stripes and white frost stripes; when a light source irradiates the interior of the green body, the light source penetrates through the green body, light spots appear on the local glaze surface, and the unique aesthetic feeling is achieved.
本发明涉及陶瓷及其制备方法领域,具体涉及一种大体积薄胎坯陶瓷及其制备方法,坯体采用冷冻干燥的方式,加上坯体内壁粘附的加强层,因此脱模过程中坯体不易发生坍塌或损坏,大大提高了坯体成型的成功率,浆料制备和注浆过程中采用真空搅拌和超声波振动辅助,有效排除浆料中的气泡,提升坯体致密度和强度;结晶釉与薄荷绿釉相搭配时,会在釉面形成白色结晶,且结晶釉流动性大,釉烧过程中往下流动形成局部形成垂纹或斑纹,形似白霜,因此釉面上半部分呈现半透明青苔斑纹和白色霜纹交织的釉面效果,并借助坯体的薄壁,当坯体内部有光源照射时,光源透过坯体,在局部釉面上呈现光斑,独具美感。
