The sample subjected to specific aging treatment has an amplitude modulation decomposition phenomenon, and along with the generation of the phenomenon, the hardness is remarkably improved; meanwhile, the technological process is simple and easy to control, the forming mechanism is clear and definite, and the industrial application potential is very high.
本发明公开了一种调幅分解硬化复式碳化物陶瓷及其制备方法,属于陶瓷材料技术领域。本发明提供的复式碳化物陶瓷以过渡金属源钛源和锆源或钛源、锆源和铪源为原料,首先通过溶胶凝胶法和热处理制备复式碳化物粉末,然后将所述复式碳化物粉末进行快速热压烧结,得到复式碳化物陶瓷块体材料;在1350~1450℃下对所述复式碳化物陶瓷块体材料进行时效处理2~4h,即得。本发明经过特定时效处理之后的样品出现了调幅分解的现象,且伴随着这种现象的产生,硬度得到了显著提升;同时工艺过程简单易控,形成机理清晰明确,有很高的工业应用潜力。
