Silicon carbide reinforced silicon carbide composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a silicon carbide reinforced silicon carbide composite material, which comprises the following steps: forming an interface layer on the surface of silicon carbide fiber cloth, dipping the silicon carbide fiber cloth in slurry containing SiC particles, and airing after soaking to obtain a fiber prepreg; the slurry comprises a resin binder, a plasticizer, SiC particles and a solvent, and the mass ratio of the plasticizer in the slurry is 5-10wt%; the fiber prepreg is subjected to stacking laying pressing, hot pressing forming and splitting decomposition, and a SiCf/C blank is obtained; and carrying out siliconizing treatment on the green body to obtain the SiCf/SiC composite material. The preparation method is short in period and low in preparation cost, and the prepared composite material is high in bending strength and good in aerobic high temperature resistance.
本发明提供一种碳化硅增强碳化硅复合材料的制备方法,包括:在碳化硅纤维布表面形成界面层,将其在含有SiC颗粒的浆料中进行浸渍,浸透后晾干,得到纤维预浸料;浆料包括树脂粘结剂、增塑剂、SiC颗粒和溶剂,且浆料中增塑剂的质量占比为5~10wt%;将纤维预浸料进行层叠铺压、热压成型和裂解,得到SiCf/C坯体;将坯体进行渗硅处理,得到SiCf/SiC复合材料。该制备方法周期短、制备成本低,且制备的复合材料抗弯强度高、耐有氧高温性好。
