Fabricated discontinuous steel web-UHPC waffle bottom plate channel beam and construction method
The invention discloses a fabricated discontinuous steel web-UHPC waffle bottom plate channel beam and a construction method. The channel beam is composed of a discontinuous steel web beam, a prefabricated UHPC waffle bottom plate, a preformed hole UHPC, a wet joint, a wet joint steel plate, a transverse prestressed steel beam and a longitudinal prestressed steel beam. The discontinuous steel webs arranged similar to corrugated plates are adopted, on the basis that sufficient shear capacity is guaranteed, the prestress leading-in efficiency is improved, and the self weight of the structure is remarkably reduced. The upper flange of the steel web adopts a hollow semicircular corrugated steel pipe structure containing I-shaped steel, so that the position of a section neutral axis is raised, and the prestress leading-in efficiency is further improved. The prefabricated UHPC waffle bottom plate is introduced, so that the longitudinal and transverse flexural rigidity is enhanced, the design thickness of the bottom plate is reduced, and the self weight is greatly reduced. Structural assembly construction can improve the construction quality, shorten the construction time and reduce the influence on the surrounding environment.
本发明公开了一种装配式间断钢腹板‑UHPC华夫底板槽形梁及施工方法。槽形梁由间断钢腹板梁、预制UHPC华夫底板、预留孔UHPC、湿接缝、湿接缝钢板、横向预应力钢束以及纵向预应力钢束组成。本发明采用类似波形板布置的间断钢腹板,在保证抗剪能力充足的基础上,既提高预应力导入效率,又显著减小结构自重。钢腹板上翼缘采用内含工字钢的空心半圆形波纹钢管结构,抬高了截面中性轴的位置,进一步提升预应力导入效率。引入预制UHPC华夫底板,不仅增强纵、横向抗弯刚度,而且减小底板设计厚度,大大减轻自重。结构装配化施工可提升施工质量,缩短施工时间,减少对周边环境的影响。
