A second pier column is installed on the top of a first pier column on the surface of a bearing platform, two lower half ferrules are fixedly installed on the circumference of the first pier column, the two lower half ferrules are clamped and fixed to the circumference of the first pier column through bolts, and a plurality of spherical grooves are formed in the surfaces of the lower half ferrules; two upper half ferrules on the circumference of the second pier column are fixed to the circumference of the second pier column through bolts, first mounting rings are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the circumferences of the upper half ferrules, and a plurality of energy dissipation reset mechanisms used in cooperation with the spherical grooves are arranged at the bottoms of the first mounting rings; a sliding column in the energy dissipation reset mechanism slidably penetrates through the surface of a first mounting ring, a ball head is rotationally connected to the bottom of a mounting sleeve at the bottom of the sliding column, and a plurality of disc springs are arranged on the circumference of the sliding column in a sleeving mode and located between the mounting sleeve and the first mounting ring. The problems that after an existing segmental pier is installed, energy dissipation is difficult when the existing segmental pier encounters large vibration, meanwhile, the reset effect is poor, and follow-up use of a bridge is affected are solved.
本发明涉及一种消能自复位预制节段式桥墩,承台表面第一墩柱的顶部安装有第二墩柱,第一墩柱的圆周固定安装有两个下半套圈,两个下半套圈通过螺栓夹持固定在第一墩柱的圆周,下半套圈的表面均设有多个球形槽;第二墩柱圆周两个上半套圈通过螺栓固定在第二墩柱的圆周,上半套圈的圆周外壁均固定连接有第一安装圈,第一安装圈的底部均设有多个与球形槽配合使用的消能复位机构;消能复位机构中滑柱滑动贯穿在第一安装圈的表面,滑柱底部安装套的底部转动连接有球头,滑柱的圆周套设有多个碟簧,碟簧位于安装套和第一安装圈之间;解决现有的节段式桥墩在安装后,遇到较大震动,难以进行消能,同时复位效果差,影响桥梁的后续使用的问题。
