Integral dismantling construction method for half-span cantilever beam of river-crossing concrete continuous beam bridge
The invention relates to an integral dismantling construction method for a half-span cantilever beam of a river-crossing concrete continuous beam bridge, which comprises the following steps of: erecting a bracket on two barges, injecting ballast water into a cabin, enabling the height of the bracket to be lower than that of a beam bottom, respectively driving the two barges to the lower parts of outer side cantilever beams of two side spans of the bridge, anchoring and fixing, discharging part of water in the barges, and carrying out integral dismantling construction on the half-span cantilever beam of the river-crossing concrete continuous beam bridge. The barge is lifted, and the support abuts against the beam bottom; a closure section between the two cantilever beams of the side span is cut off, then the barge continues to drain water and rise, and the cantilever beams on the outer side of the side span are supported to a designated place in a floating mode; a closure section of the two cantilever beams of the midspan is cut off, the two barges are injected with water again for ballasting and drive to the positions below the two sides of one midspan pier respectively, joints of the 0 # block on the pier top and the two cantilever beams are cut synchronously, and the two cantilever beams fall on supports of the two barges respectively; and finally, the 0 # block is dismantled through a floating crane. The half-span cantilever beam is removed at a time, the efficiency is high, and the influence on river navigation is small; the water level change can be flexibly adapted; and in the dismantling process, disturbance to a bridge structure is small, and safety is high.
本发明涉及一种跨河混凝土连续梁桥半跨悬臂梁整体拆除施工方法,在两艘驳船上搭设支架,船舱内注入压舱水,先使支架高度低于梁底高度,然后两驳船分别行驶到桥梁两边跨的外侧悬臂梁下方抛锚固定,排出驳船内一部分水,使驳船升高,支架顶紧梁底;割除边跨两悬臂梁间的合龙段,然后驳船继续排水升高,浮托边跨外侧的悬臂梁到指定地点;再割除中跨两悬臂梁合龙段,两驳船再次注水压舱,分别驶到一个中跨桥墩两侧下方,同步切割墩顶0#块与两悬臂梁的接缝,使两悬臂梁分别落到两驳船支架上;最后用浮吊拆除0#块。本发明一次拆除半跨悬臂梁,效率高,且对河道通航影响小;能灵活适应水位变化;拆除过程中对桥梁结构扰动小,安全性高。
