The invention further provides a construction method of the hydraulic structure expansion joint anti-seepage structure capable of bearing the high internal and external water pressure. The anti-seepage structure provided by the invention has the functions of bearing high internal and external (forward and reverse) water pressure and adapting to large deformation, realizes structure variability under different load conditions, and can reasonably, economically and effectively prevent seepage and leakage.
