The invention discloses a compaction grouting soil nail with a pressure maintaining function, grouting equipment and a pressure maintaining grouting method.The compaction grouting soil nail with the pressure maintaining function comprises a nail body, a grouting bag body and a pressure maintaining air bag, the nail body is provided with a connecting section and an anchoring section in the axial direction of the nail body, and the connecting section is provided with a first connecting hole and a second connecting hole which can be opened and closed; the first connecting hole is used for being connected with an air pressure grouting device, the anchoring section is provided with a grouting hole, and the nail body is further provided with a grouting pipeline communicating with the first connecting hole, the second connecting hole and the grouting hole. The anchoring section is sleeved with the grouting bag body, and the grouting bag body communicates with the grouting hole. The pressure maintaining air bag is communicated with the second connecting hole; wherein the pressure maintaining air bag is configured to be communicated with the grouting bag body when the grouting bag body is grouted to preset pressure, so that the preset pressure of the grouting bag body is maintained. According to the compaction grouting soil nail with the pressure maintaining function, the pulling resistance can be improved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the equipment use and maintenance cost is low.
