Comprising an outer cylinder, a power brushing part, a scraping part and a supporting part, the scraping part and the power brushing part are matched with each other so that the outer cylinder can be brushed in an omnibearing and targeted mode, the power brushing part is used for cleaning impurities which are small in impurities and low in adhesion in upper-layer water through bristles, and the power brushing part is used for cleaning impurities which are difficult to clean and high in adhesion in lower-layer water through bristles. Small particles are primarily cleaned by the scraping part through the scraper, and then the small particles are filtered out by the filtering inner pipe and are cleaned by the brush roller; the supporting part can press and support soil on the side wall of a well hole through the reinforcing plate, the phenomenon that the well wall soil becomes loose and falls off along with long-time water seepage and soaking of accumulated water is effectively prevented, the supporting radius of the reinforcing plate can be adjusted, the universality of the reinforcing plate is enhanced, and well holes with different diameters can be supported.
