The invention relates to the field of road drainage, and particularly discloses a rapid drainage structure for urban and rural roads. By arranging the collecting basket, the funnel, the power assembly and the cleaning assembly, after rainwater with a lot of garbage enters the drainage port, firstly, a steel bar plate blocks large garbage, the situation that the drainage port is blocked by the large garbage is effectively prevented, some small garbage penetrates through the steel bar plate, enters the drainage port and falls on a filter plate, and then water flow entering the funnel starts the power assembly; and then the power assembly drives the cleaning assembly to operate, and the cleaning assembly sweeps the garbage on the filter plate into the collecting basket, so that the surface of the filter plate is not blocked by the garbage, smooth water passing of the filter plate is kept, a water outlet is kept to drain water at a relatively high drainage speed, and the situation that a large amount of accumulated water on the road surface cannot pass through a vehicle is effectively avoided.
