The invention discloses a heat preservation structure integrated outer wall which comprises a prefabricated heat preservation plate and a cast-in-place wall body with a steel bar net rack, the prefabricated heat preservation plate comprises an anchor bolt with one end pre-buried in the prefabricated heat preservation plate and the other end extending into the cast-in-place wall body, and an anchor cable with one end pre-buried in the prefabricated heat preservation plate and the other end connected to the steel bar net rack of the cast-in-place wall body; the anchor bolts and the anchor cables are evenly distributed on the surface of the inner side of the prefabricated heat preservation plate. The anchor bolts can ensure that the prefabricated insulation board can be reliably positioned on the outer surface of the cast-in-place wall to resist temperature difference deformation; and the anchor cable can reliably connect the prefabricated insulation board to the outer side of the cast-in-place wall body. The invention further discloses a construction method of the formwork supporting system.
