The method comprises the steps that the cable manufacturing length is calculated according to the inhaul cable anchor point distance provided on site; according to the cable manufacturing length, the photovoltaic cable with the two ends anchored through the extrusion sleeves is prefabricated in a factory, and before the extrusion sleeves are prefabricated at the tensioning end of the photovoltaic cable, the adjusting threaded sleeve is inserted into the tensioning end of the photovoltaic cable; the threaded supporting cylinder is installed in a preformed hole of a base plate on site; an extrusion sleeve of the photovoltaic inhaul cable penetrates through the threaded supporting cylinder; tensioning the photovoltaic inhaul cable to a design force value by using the tensioning end of the photovoltaic inhaul cable through tensioning equipment; the adjusting screw sleeve is screwed into the center penetrating hole of the threaded supporting cylinder until the adjusting screw sleeve abuts against the end face of the extrusion sleeve; tensioning force and tensioning equipment of the photovoltaic inhaul cable are removed, and the tensioning end of the photovoltaic inhaul cable is cut off according to actual needs; and the adjusting screw sleeve is fixedly connected with the threaded supporting cylinder.
