The control system comprises a material and water control unit used for controlling water and calcium oxide to enter a three-stage digester according to a water/material ratio to generate calcium hydroxide and water vapor; the discharging control unit is used for controlling a discharging screw to feed calcium hydroxide into the drying and grinding machine; the air temperature control unit is used for controlling the heating furnace and the cold air adding device to enable the air temperature in the drying pulverizer to be within a preset air temperature range; the air pressure control unit is used for controlling the air pressure to enable the air pressure in the drying and grinding machine to be within a preset air pressure range; the powder collecting control unit is used for controlling the powder collector to collect a calcium hydroxide finished product; the material and water control unit, the air temperature control unit and the air pressure control unit all adopt PID controllers. The method can be used for finely controlling the specific surface area of calcium hydroxide.
