The invention provides low-carbon spheroidized white Portland cement and a preparation method thereof. The particle size and interval accumulative distribution of a white Portland cement product are as follows: the proportion of the white Portland cement with the particle size being less than 3 microns is 14-25%, the screen residue of a square hole sieve with the particle size being 45 microns is 10-25%, the average circularity of the low-carbon spheroidized white Portland cement is 0.75-0.85, and the average length-diameter ratio is 1.35-1.60. According to the preparation method, pre-grinding is combined with a novel dry method energy-saving type vertical grinding system for grinding and shaping, a cylinder lining plate, a rotor lining plate and a grinding medium are made of fused alumina zirconia materials, metal pollution generated in the grinding process is avoided, and the produced product is high in quality, high in whiteness and appropriate in early strength; and the later strength is higher.
本发明提供一种低碳球形化白色硅酸盐水泥及其制备方法,其中白色硅酸盐水泥产品的粒径及区间累计分布为:<3μm占比14‑25%,45μm方孔筛筛余10‑25%,所述低碳球形化白色硅酸盐水泥平均圆形度0.75‑0.85,平均长径比1.35‑1.60。该白色硅酸盐水泥混合材料配比≥30%,本发明的制备方法采用预粉磨联合新型干法节能型立式研磨系统进行研磨整形,筒体衬板、转子衬板和研磨介质为锆刚玉材质,避免研磨过程产生金属污染,生产出的产品品质高,白度高,早期强度适当,后期强度更高。
