Sound-absorbing interior decoration material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a sound-absorbing interior decoration material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the indoor decoration material capable of absorbing sound comprises the following steps: step (1), taking silicon dioxide, absolute ethyl alcohol, deionized water, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and a phytic acid aqueous solution as raw materials to obtain composite microspheres; and (2) ultrasonically dispersing the composite microspheres in deionized water, adding the mullite/alumina multiphase ceramic nanofiber aerogel, soaking and stirring, and drying to obtain the sound-absorbing interior decoration material. The prepared mullite/aluminum oxide multiphase ceramic nanofiber has excellent sound absorption capacity, the obtained composite microsphere has excellent flame retardant effect, and noise can be reduced by 80% by combining the mullite/aluminum oxide multiphase ceramic nanofiber and the composite microsphere as an indoor decoration material.
本发明公开了一种可吸音的室内装饰材料及其制备方法。所述可吸音的室内装饰材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤(1):利用二氧化硅、无水乙醇、去离子水、3‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、植酸水溶液为原料,得到复合微球;步骤(2):将复合微球超声分散于去离子水中,加入莫来石/氧化铝多相陶瓷纳米纤维气凝胶进行浸泡搅拌,干燥后得到可吸音的室内装饰材料。制备得到的莫来石/氧化铝多相陶瓷纳米纤维具有优异的吸音能力,获得的复合微球具有优异的阻燃效果,将两者进行结合作为室内装饰材料可以使噪音降低80%。
