The sintering method not only can regulate and control the proportion of Fe < 2 + > and Fe < 3 + > in the soft magnetic ferrite to reduce high-temperature loss, but also can improve the growth uniformity of crystal grains to form crystal grains with relatively small sizes, and can also reduce pores and out-phase, thereby reducing the loss of the manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite core under the conditions of-20-140 DEG C and 100-400 KHz.
