Ceramic-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of ceramic-based composite materials, in particular to a ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A) stirring and mixing a foaming agent, water and a component a to obtain ceramic foam slurry; a component a and a foaming agent are defined; b) pouring the ceramic foam slurry into a mold, standing, drying and demolding to obtain a ceramic-based composite material green body; c) sintering the ceramic-based composite material green body in a protective gas atmosphere to obtain a ceramic-based composite material porous biscuit; and D) densifying the ceramic-based composite material porous biscuit through a densifying process to obtain the short fiber composite nanowire multi-stage reinforced ceramic-based composite material. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple in process and easy in process control, and the obtained short fiber composite nanowire multi-stage reinforced ceramic matrix composite material is relatively excellent in mechanical property.
本发明涉及陶瓷基复合材料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括:A)将发泡剂、水和组分a搅拌混合,得到陶瓷泡沫浆料;并限定了组分a和发泡剂;B)将所述陶瓷泡沫浆料倒入模具中,静置,干燥后脱模,得到陶瓷基复合材料坯体;C)将所述陶瓷基复合材料坯体在保护气气氛下烧结,得到陶瓷基复合材料多孔素坯;D)将所述陶瓷基复合材料多孔素坯通过致密化工艺进行致密化,得到短纤维复合纳米线多级增强的陶瓷基复合材料。本发明提供的制备方法工艺简单且过程易于控制,得到的短纤维复合纳米线多级增强陶瓷基复合材料的力学性能较为优异。
