The invention discloses a bioactive material for repairing concrete cracks and a preparation method of the bioactive material. The bioactive material comprises the following specific components: 50-200g/L, 5-20wt% of malt extract, 5-20g/L, 0.5-2wt% of peptone, 5-20g/L, 0.5-2wt% of agar, 10-30g/L, 1-3wt% of pigskin gelatin, 10-30g/L, 1-3wt% of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), 20-40g/L of deionized water, 2-4wt% of soybean protein powder and ganoderma lucidum. According to the bioactive material disclosed by the invention, fungal hyphae grow in concrete cracks, so that the cracks are repaired; and fine pores are also formed in the concrete, and hyphae can autonomously seek to permeate into the fine pores, so that the hyphae can be better bonded with the concrete, and the integrity of the structure is improved.
