The invention provides an integral seamless bridge with a multifunctional heat insulation bridge floor and a construction method of the integral seamless bridge. The seamless bridge includes: a bottom support structure; the two ends of the bridge span structure main beam are erected on the bottom supporting structure; the temperature inertia concrete bridge deck is arranged above the bridge span structure main beam; the phase change asphalt bridge deck pavement layer is paved on the temperature inertia concrete bridge deck slab, the bridge abutment structure and the guide plate; and the composite structure reflective heat insulation coating is sprayed on the phase change asphalt bridge deck pavement layer. Heat radiation is reflected and insulated through the multi-structure reflective heat insulation coating; the phase-change asphalt bridge deck pavement layer can absorb surrounding heat when the surrounding temperature reaches the phase-change temperature of the phase-change material, store the surrounding heat and then slowly release the heat, so that the transfer of the heat to the main beam is reduced; and the heat transferred to the bridge span structure main beam can be reduced through the temperature inertia concrete bridge deck slab, so that the bridge forms a composite structure with multiple functions of reflection, heat insulation and cooling.
本发明提供了一种具有多功能隔热桥面的整体式无缝桥及其施工方法。该无缝桥包括:底部支撑结构;桥跨结构主梁,两端架设在底部支撑结构上;温度惰性混凝土桥面板,设置在桥跨结构主梁的上方;相变沥青桥面铺装层铺设在温度惰性混凝土桥面板、桥台结构和引板上;复结构反射隔热涂层,喷涂在相变沥青桥面铺装层上。本发明通过复结构反射隔热涂层对热辐射进行反射和隔热;通过相变沥青桥面铺装层能够在周围温度达到相变材料的相变温度时吸收周围热量,并将其储存起来,之后再缓慢释放,减少热量向主梁的传递;通过温度惰性混凝土桥面板也能够减少热量向桥跨结构主梁传递,故而使得该桥梁形成具有反射隔热降温多功能的复合结构。
