The invention discloses a basement prefabricated PC board moulding bed rapid construction method which comprises the construction process that an adjustable middle supporting rod and an adjustable side supporting rod are installed between pipe piles in a cushion layer space in a moulding bed, and a basement prefabricated PC board moulding bed rapid construction supporting system is constructed. The square rods are slidably adjusted and fixed on the rod sleeves on the pipe sleeves, the two hinged hinge arms are driven to be adjusted by the square rods getting close to each other or getting away from each other, and the middle supporting rod can be adjusted to adapt to supporting. The side supporting rods are adjustably fastened on the adjusting bolts B through the L-shaped abutting plates, so that the side supporting rods can be adjusted to adapt to supporting, and the problem that when the whole wood cross rod makes contact with the bottom of the inclined supporting rod, the whole wood cross rod cannot be adjusted to adapt to supporting is solved.
