The invention relates to a prefabricated assembly type structure, in particular to a building civil engineering construction prefabricated assembly type structure which comprises a prefabricated assembly type wall structure connected to a bottom plate through a grouting sleeve and a prefabricated assembly type column structure connected to the side edge of the prefabricated assembly type wall structure in a lap joint mode through bottom bar anchoring and additional steel bars. A steel bar structure in the prefabricated wall structure is designed into a split type longitudinal and transverse structure, a three-edge cross beam with high stability is used as a main body framework, the net rack effect is achieved by means of a splicing type three-edge longitudinal beam longitudinally penetrating through the three-edge cross beam, and therefore the concrete layer is filled to enhance the strength of the wall body; in addition, the annular stirrups and the ring-shaped stirrups are used for exerting opening force on the column longitudinal bars outwards, and in cooperation with inward hooping force exerted on the column longitudinal bars by the joint stirrups, the integration of the main keels and the auxiliary keels is enhanced.
