The invention discloses an aluminum alloy plate for outdoor buildings and a coating process of the aluminum alloy plate. The aluminum alloy plate comprises an aluminum alloy base plate, and the aluminum alloy base plate sequentially comprises an anodic oxidation film layer, a PVDF fluorocarbon transparent primer layer and a PVDF fluorocarbon transparent finish paint layer. Impurities such as oil stains and dust on the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate are cleaned; s2, anodic oxidation is conducted, specifically, an anodic oxidation film layer with the thickness of 2-4 microns is formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate; s3, primer roller coating is conducted, specifically, a PVDF fluorocarbon transparent primer layer with the thickness of 12 +/-1 [mu] m is arranged on the surface of the anodic oxidation film layer in a roller coating mode; s4, drying the primer; s5, finish paint roller coating is conducted, specifically, the surface of the PVDF fluorocarbon transparent primer layer is coated with a PVDF fluorocarbon transparent finish paint layer with the thickness of 15 +/-1 microns in a roller coating mode; and S6, finish paint drying. The mode that the low-film-thickness anodic oxidation film layer and the fluorocarbon ultra-transparent coating are added is adopted, the PVDF fluorocarbon transparent primer layer is used for replacing the hole sealing procedure after anodic oxidation, the surface cracking and flexibility of a traditional anodic oxidation plate are improved, the traditional anodic oxidation plate is not prone to breakage during bending forming machining, and meanwhile the graceful metal texture of the anodic oxidation layer is reserved.
本发明公开了一种室外建筑用铝合金板材及其涂装工艺,包括铝合金基板,铝合金基板上依次包括阳极氧化膜层、PVDF氟碳透明底漆层及PVDF氟碳透明面漆层;S1、脱脂清洗:清洗铝合金基板表面油污、粉尘等杂质;S2、阳极氧化:使铝合金基板表面形成2~4μm的阳极氧化膜层;S3、底漆辊涂:在阳极氧化膜层表面辊涂12±1um的PVDF氟碳透明底漆层;S4、底漆烘干;S5、面漆辊涂:在PVDF氟碳透明底漆层表面辊涂15±1um的PVDF氟碳透明面漆层;S6、面漆烘干。本发明采用低膜厚阳极氧化膜层加氟碳超透明涂层的方式,以PVDF氟碳透明底漆层取代阳极氧化后的封孔工序,来改善传统阳极氧化板材表面开裂及柔韧性,折弯成型加工时不容易断裂,同时也保留了阳极氧化层的优美金属质感。
