Wherein the using amount of the coating reaching the brush sleeve is controlled through the pushing distance of the material pushing part, so that the amount of the coating reaching the brush sleeve is controllable, the falling amount of the coating of the roller brush is reduced, a constructor does not need to wait for the redundant coating on the brush sleeve to flow back and then conduct brushing work, the time for obtaining the coating by the brush sleeve is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
