The invention relates to a structural column main reinforcement positioning adjustable device and a construction method thereof.The device comprises a plurality of positioning plates which can be connected in a spliced mode, the shape of the spliced and connected positioning plates is matched with the shape of a structural column, a plurality of strip-shaped holes are formed in the positioning plates, the arrangement direction of the strip-shaped holes is consistent with the length direction of the positioning plates, and the strip-shaped holes are arranged in two rows up and down; parts of the strip-shaped holes in the upper and lower rows correspond to each other; and the multiple connecting pieces are arranged in the corresponding strip-shaped holes in a sliding mode, and the connecting pieces can be clamped on the corresponding main reinforcements in a sleeving mode and fasten the main reinforcements on the positioning plate. The positioning adjustable device is high in turnover rate and low in overall cost, the corresponding positioning plates can be customized for combined use according to different side lengths of the structural columns, the connecting pieces can be adjusted at any position according to different intervals of main reinforcements of the structural columns, consumption is extremely low in the using process of the device, one-time customization is achieved, and the using efficiency is high.
