The invention provides a high-precision steel structure stand column installation precision control device and method.The control device comprises an installation assembly used for being connected to a concrete foundation, the installation assembly comprises two n-shaped fixing plates, openings of the two n-shaped fixing plates are oppositely arranged, first end flange plates of the n-shaped fixing plates are movably connected, and second end flange plates of the n-shaped fixing plates are movably connected; a containing space for containing a concrete foundation is defined between the two [-shaped fixing plates, and a jacking mechanism for jacking the concrete foundation is arranged on a flange plate at the second end of each [-shaped fixing plate; and the bevel protractor is rotationally connected to the top surface of the side plate of the [-shaped fixing plate, a connecting plate is connected between the bevel protractor and the [-shaped fixing plate, and the linear surface of the bevel protractor faces the accommodating space.
