The invention discloses a photovoltaic cable locking device. The photovoltaic cable locking device comprises a base; the locking device is connected to the base and comprises a first locking part and a second locking part, a gap for placing the main cable is formed between the first locking part and the second locking part, and the main cable penetrates through the gap and is located between the first locking part and the second locking part; the first locking part and the second locking part get close to each other and abut against the main cable to lock and fix the main cable, the first locking part and the second locking part get away from each other to release locking of the main cable, and the main cable can slide; and the limiting part is used for limiting the relative movement between the first locking part and the second locking part. The first locking part and the second locking part are close to each other and abut against the main cable to clamp the main cable, the first locking part and the second locking part are far away from each other to release locking and fixing of the main cable, the main cable can slide in the extending direction of the main cable, and the requirements of different application scenes of main cable locking and sliding are met. The invention further discloses a photovoltaic support.
