The problem that long-distance distribution cannot be achieved due to the fact that an original colored asphalt transport vehicle cannot be heated is solved; the device has an automatic pumping and weighing function, any asphalt mixing plant can produce colored asphalt concrete at any time, a special storage tank and a special pipeline do not need to be arranged, the production cost is reduced, and the preparation efficiency is improved.
