Method for synergetic resource treatment of waste incineration fly ash and waste hydrogenation catalyst
The invention belongs to the technical field of treatment of hazardous wastes containing heavy metals, and particularly discloses a method for synergistic resource treatment of waste incineration fly ash and a waste hydrogenation catalyst. The waste incineration fly ash and the waste hydrogenation catalyst are placed in a multi-hearth furnace in a layered mode to be roasted, the waste hydrogenation catalyst is located on the upper portion, the waste incineration fly ash is located on the lower portion, chlorine is decomposed from the waste incineration fly ash through heating, and the chlorine reacts with oxidized molybdenum trioxide and nickel oxide in the waste hydrogenation catalyst to generate dichloromolybdenum dioxide and nickel chloride; and after a certain temperature is reached, the dichloromolybdenum dioxide and the nickel chloride sublimate, are taken out of the multi-hearth furnace by airflow, are respectively condensed and deposited through pipelines with different temperatures, and are collected and recycled. The method is simple to operate, does not generate any wastewater, and realizes dual resource utilization of the waste incineration fly ash and the waste hydrogenation catalyst.
