The invention discloses CRT glass reinforced ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof.The modification process of modified CRT glass comprises the following steps that CRT glass and a modification liquid material are evenly mixed according to the mass ratio of 100: (21.2-24.4) and then stacked, leakage liquid at the bottom of a CRT glass stack is collected and then cyclically poured to the top of the CRT glass stack, and aging is conducted for 4-6 days; the pH value of the modified liquid material is 9.2-9.8, the raw materials of the modified liquid material comprise water, cement and slaked lime, the modified CRT glass more easily participates in a hydration reaction in concrete, the bonding interface of the modified CRT glass and a bonding phase is deeper, the bonding strength is higher, and inhibition of addition of the glass on the hydration reaction of the concrete and reduction of the strength are weakened; the modified CRT glass is added into the ultra-high-performance concrete, so that the ultra-high-performance concrete is good in flowability and low in mechanical property degradation.
